STAY ON THE ROAD

What’s one piece of travel advice you always follow?

So, one piece of advice when travelling eh? Something I always follow eh?

Well, I will tell you…always stay on the road!!

Don’t take short cuts. Don’t go off the road. Don’t follow-(tail-gate) any driver in front of you. Don’t lay on your horn, honking at any other vehicle.

Just relax, enjoy the sights, and arrive alive. Should you happen to be far from a rest-stop and you need to pee…pull over to the shoulder of the road-(if you are a passenger) open front and back door and half squat and relieve yourself. Oh bother, if you are the driver…(You Should Have Peed Before Getting In The Car!)

So many things can happen don’t you know.

Statistically speaking. I am not a nut, I am statistical. yeah laugh, go a head.

But what if you take a short cut and get lost and end up nowhere with no gas?

What if you go off road and it leads to a cannibal eating community? Not only that, the people are all inbred’s

What if you are a tail-gating person, and the driver in front of you doesn’t like you on their tail, thinking you are following them? They slam on their brakes sneering at you through their mirror.

What happens sometimes when drivers honk at a vehicle in front of them? Oh, some times it goes very badly for the honker. You end up being chased, and no matter where you stop…they are smiling behind you.

Let’s just say; statistically speaking, sometimes when people leave their car on the side of the road to walk 50 yards to pee, disappear !

Of course, this is all driving. No airplane, no railroad tracks, just driving a vehicle where anything can happen should you ignore the safety rules for travelling.

Happy Halloween boys and girls.

Stick to the road.
